Calling European Community Groups in Northern Ireland - Share Your Stories and Concerns!

Do you run a Saturday School, a charity, religious congregation or any other community group in Northern Ireland that brings European citizens together? Join us this month to chat about the future of our communities and how the government and local councils can better support EU citizens.

EU citizens in Northern Ireland: fears, hopes and people power

Date and Time: 20 November 2023, 6pm - 8pm

Location: Belfast, 2 Royal Ave, Belfast BT1 1DA, UK

We’re reaching out to grassroots communities across the country to learn about the issues facing EU citizens in the UK, so that, collectively, we can make our voices heard ahead of the next General Election and have a greater impact. We'd love to meet you, learn from you and have an informal discussion over refreshments around questions such as: What are your greatest concerns and hopes regarding your community’s future in the UK? How could the government and local councils better support EU citizens 7 years after Brexit?

A bit more about who we are:
the3million is a grassroots advocacy organisation dedicated to protecting the rights of EU citizens who have remained in the UK post-Brexit. Our EU Citizens’ Campaigns Network is building power from the ground up. Join us to learn about our plans, how you can take part in the Network too and/or other ways we can join forces. We're developing a manifesto for change ahead of the next General Election and we will ask MPs across the political spectrum to listen to our community’s issues and our proposed solutions.
